The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law on Amendments to Item 1 Chapter II of Final Provisions of the Law "On Amendments to certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine regarding the Protection of Land Capacity"

The Law supplements item 1 of Chapter II of Final Provisions of the Law "On Amendments to certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine regarding the Protection of Land Capacity" with the phrase "apart from item 1 of Chapter I of this Law that comes into force on 1 January 2012."Thus, effective legislation envisages penalties for the use of land areas of agricultural purpose without projects of organization of land exploitation since 1 January 2012.

A relevant bill was registered under Reg. No. 6346.
